NOTE #1:
This code will chill the game down a bit... ;)
Or speed it up till it makes no sence anymore.
Not all objects / explosions are affected, but most of them.
Shadow himself can walk around normally while everything else is running havoc or frozen in time.

Press D-pad down to stop time...
D-pad left to let the game run 50 times slower than usually. (Heh, Sonic can't outrun anyone anymore at this rate.)
D-Pad up will return to normal,
whereas D-Pad right makes the game approximatelly two times faster.
Pressing Z plus D-Pad right will speed the game up in an ridiculous way. (Could extremely reduce framerate in some levels, who knows, maybe it could even freeze).
